Mine & Blast Protection
Gravix Dynamics' Mine & Blast Protection Systems are a family of vehicle-survivability solutions intended for underbody, floor, seating and structural integration across armored and protected mobility platforms.
A layered approach to underbody and crew protection.
Program 03 combines modular underbody protection, protected floors, energy-attenuating seating and vehicle-specific structural solutions into a scalable survivability architecture.
Vehicle-specific retrofit
Replaceable modules and controlled interfaces support upgrade programs without redesigning the complete platform.
Crew-focused integration
Protection is treated as a system involving the hull, floor, seating, interior interfaces and vehicle packaging.
Qualification before claims
Final protection levels, mass and environmental ratings are configuration-specific and released after relevant testing.
Five technologies, one protection architecture.
Each family addresses a different part of vehicle blast survivability and can be integrated independently or as part of a complete platform kit.
Underbody Armor Module
Modular underbody protection intended for armored vehicle belly zones and platform-specific retrofit packages.
- Removable and replaceable underbody modules
- Vehicle-specific mounting and packaging
- Designed around ground-clearance and maintenance constraints
- Applicable to APC, IFV, MRAP and protected trucks
Blast-Resistant Floor System
Protected interior floor modules intended to support deformation control, fragment management and crew-space survivability.
- Modular floor sections for easier service and replacement
- Compatible with crew, equipment and access-zone layouts
- Can complement interior fragment-protection systems
- Adaptable to new-build and retrofit vehicle programs
Energy-Attenuating Seat System
Crew seating and mounting concepts focused on reducing shock transfer and supporting protected-vehicle occupant survivability.
- Suspended or isolated mounting concepts
- Vehicle-specific seat and restraint integration
- Designed around crew ergonomics and egress
- Applicable to APC, MRAP, IFV and protected mobility cabins
Blast-Deflection Structure
Vehicle underbody structural concepts intended to manage blast loading through dedicated geometry and platform integration.
- Platform-specific structural integration
- Add-on and integrated development paths
- Ground-clearance and mobility effects considered during design
- Higher-complexity program for vehicle manufacturers and fleet upgrades
Modular Blast Protection Kit
A complete vehicle-level package combining selected Program 03 technologies for coordinated retrofit or new-platform integration.
- Underbody, floor and seating elements can be combined
- Single vehicle-specific integration and documentation package
- Designed for fleet upgrade and platform-development programs
- Qualification performed on the final configured system
Protection solutions for diverse vehicle classes.
Program 03 is intended for vehicles where underbody survivability, crew isolation and modular upgrade capability are important design considerations.
From modular components to complete vehicle integration.
The program progresses from discrete retrofit products toward coordinated system-level survivability packages.
Configuration-led vehicle survivability.
Public specifications are intentionally limited to integration characteristics. Exact threat ratings, blast loads and structural details belong to the qualified customer configuration.
Treat the vehicle as one survivability system.
Underbody modules, floors, seats and structural interfaces must be engineered together with the host platform rather than treated as independent accessories.
- Vehicle survey and digital packaging review
- Mass, ground-clearance and center-of-gravity assessment
- Suspension, drivetrain and maintenance access preserved
- Crew ergonomics, restraint and emergency egress considered
- Environmental, vibration and attachment qualification
- Protection claims released only for documented tested configurations
Frequently asked questions.
Can Program 03 products be installed on existing vehicles?
Yes. Retrofit is a core use case, subject to vehicle survey, structural assessment, allowable mass, ground-clearance review and configuration-specific qualification.
Does every vehicle need all five product families?
No. The final package depends on the vehicle architecture, operating role, crew layout and customer protection requirement.
Does this public page state a fixed mine or blast rating?
No. Final threat and protection ratings should be published only after the exact production configuration has completed the relevant controlled qualification program.
